Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times
United States: 7–14 business days
Europe: 8–15 business days
Rest of World: 12–15 business days

Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum required.

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking to update after your order ships.

Delays
Occasionally, shipping may take longer due to customs clearance or high demand periods. This is rare, but if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at bubblepipe2026@outlook.com and we'll make it right.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
